A character is available unless there is an Email address beside it.
When choosing, consider that not all characters are evenly matched in Power
Level and stats but no one will start way stronger than everyone else.
If you wish to create a character please be sure to Email me with some
information about he or she like race,description and characteristics. Remember
to title the email RPG or it will be deleted.
Each character will start
out around 400-1000 in power level and every character will start with
Rogafufuken and Ki blast as moves. After about one week, you will loose
Rogafufuken untill you choose to learn it again.
You get an extra move when you start! Don't forget to mention it in your
character choosing letter or you won't get it.Pick from Eye Beams,
Taioken, or Barrier.
